About Us
Dr. Fabio D'Agostino founded CharaBio with the vision of creating a next-gen consulting company which could partner with pharma, biotech and life science companies and help them grow beyond what they could do on their own. He designed an approach anchored in data-driven analytics and executive-level human intelligence, giving leadership teams the clarity needed to act with conviction.
He holds an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) in Biopharmaceutical Process Development from Newcastle University (UK) and brings 15 years of experience helping large organizations, VC funds, and biotech startups identify growth opportunities, evaluate early-stage assets, and build investable propositions in pharma and life science tools.
Fabio is also part of Umbrex, a network of independent management consultants (over 90% are alums of McKinsey, Bain or BCG) and can set up a team with the right expertise for your project
